We provide a full refund if there was an error in the description or photos.  In such cases, Buyer needs to call us at 800-815-5590  to request a Return Authorization within 3 days of receipt.  We will provide shipping instructions including a special address for the return. Each item must be returned in its original condition. If FREE shipping was provided, buyer pays return shipping. It is the Buyers responsibility to provide adequate packing including any original box, insurance, and proof of delivery.  For a refund, Buyer must comply with these terms.
