••• USED ITEMS: If an item is pre-loved/pre-owned/used &/or not in perfect condition, i try to the best of MY visual ability to fully disclose any problems - because - TRUST ME - it's more of a headache to deal with an upset customer after the fact, than it is to just be honest in the 1st place. Used Clothes are USED & HAVE BEEN WORN & WASHED before... so slight imperfections MAY be present. So unless i somehow missed a HUGE stain, hole, rip or other MAJOR damage - All pre-loved/pre-owned/used items SOLD AS-IS (as some wear, tear, shrinkage & dirt spots or small stains MAY be present).

••• MY SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: If you don't know, ebay listing fees are HUGE & they take a chunk out of the winning auction amount ON top of the original listing fees... Plus with todays cost of doing business (for example - Gas for trips to post office & for trips to stores to shop for items & my time) i am forced to add handling fees to incorporate this, as you honestly can't expect me to work hours a day photographing, listing, mailing, answering emails & especially the time shopping to make 15¢. So don't ask me about my S&H fees or ask to reduce them - thats an insult to me... they are what they are & if you don't like them, don't bid on my items. I don't accept returns, because Ebay & paypal charge HUGE fees for every item that gets listed. If you return something I wind up LOSING money on the original listing fees and sorry... but I'm not in the ebay business to LOSE MONEY.

••• RETURNS: IF there is a circumstance that a return is necessary i will refund the winning auction amount for item ONLY not shipping & handling - and IF there was FREE SHIPPING offered at the time of your sale, MY COST of shipping to you will also be deducted from the refund. AND i will also deduct ALL associated ebay listing fees & re-stocking fees as well - approximately 15% of final sale price. You will get your paypal refund ONLY after you fill out the ebay Return Item email from them - PERIOD. The item must also be returned in PERFECT condition with all original tags attached (if applicable), and shipping is your financial responsibility. I suggest getting tracking #'s & emailing me the # immediately after you ship it, because if you don't & then try the old "but i'll mailed it back routine", with no physical proof, then its not my problem & you are the one out the money.

••• PLEASE BE AWARE... once item is shipped, its gone, out of MY CONTROL! i get confirmation #'s for tracking purposes on everything i send out (customs tracking # for International). SO DON'T BLAME ME if the USPS loses your package. Concerned? then take out insurance for the full value of it! (insurance is not available on International shipping AND international shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending ON YOUR COUNTRIES customs & postal system, as once a package leaves USA possession, it is out of our postal systems (and mine) control & is now in the hands of YOUR country & you must contact YOUR postoffice to track/locate packages)

••• MY ITEMS: I am NOT A RETAILER or authorized seller of any of the items...So i cannot guarantee the longevity or the quality of an item, as i just buy & resell, not purchase direct from manufacturer. Since i shop at REAL STORES & not get stuff direct from manufactures (that is shipped in neat, clean, boxes) I cannot guarantee that items have not been tried on before (which COULD have resulted in slight & light dirt marks & handling) and that an item was not previously bought & returned to the store where i bought it from - so PLEASE bid accordingly. i shop at big department stores, outlets, ebay outlets, sales & off-price department stores. so I'm 100% sure that all MY ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC - as i have this thing against wearing fake stuff - i just don't do it AND i don't sell it!
