NSN-9266-00259-80051, B/M 299068, 115/230 VOLTS, 1/4 / 1/8 AMP. THE INSTRUMENT DOES POWER UP AND SHOWS WHAT IS IN THE PICTURES AND LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION. THIS IS THE EXTENT OF MY ABILITY TO TEST THE UNIT. IT HAS A CALIBRATION STICKER THAT SHOWS: CAL. 8/25/06, DUE 8/25/07.
