Sales Tax
State and local tax will be calculated based on the ship-to address directed by the customer and added to the final order total where applicable unless the customer provides United Rentals with a tax exemption certificate. United Rentals is required by law to bill and collect tax on transactions within states where it has a business presence. When no tax is charged on the transaction, the customer is responsible to report and pay tax directly to the taxing jurisdiction where applicable.

Buyer can arrange for pick-up of the equipment or delivery can be arranged at the buyer's request for an additional fee.

United Guard Extended Warranty is available on all United Rentals equipment sales over $2500.00 for an additional fee. The equipment must be less than 10 years old at the time of sale. United Guard provides free equipment inspections and coverage for the cost of labor, transportation, and replacement parts in the event that covered equipment fails to operate as the result of a manufacturer's defect.

With United Guard, you'll benefit from more reliable equipment, reduced downtime, higher resale value, and fewer service interruptions. The program includes:

• Repairs, including parts and labor, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your plan
