A 7 day inspection period from date of delivery is allowed. Products must be in original, un-used condition. Return process is easy. Once you receive your RMA (return material authorization) number you can return the merchandise for a refund or replacement.

Return shipments will not be accepted without prior written approval.

All returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% repackaging charge. All claims for damages and freight shortages must be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds for returned goods will be in the form of money back.

Shipping cost(s) are not refundable. Returned products must be unused in it's original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We do not accept returns on used items.
