This came from the inventory of ORF, Austrian Broadcasting. They stamped an inventory number on it, removed the name plate (probably so it would look better on TV), and had AKG make it with a Lemo connector (XLR adapter cable included). Average cosmetic wear, no dents. Bass roll-off switch. Plug and play, XLR cable included.

No other mic (except the D 222) looks like this with its funnel-figure sinter cap. With this microphone AKG introduced the 2-way-technology: One element for the low frequencies and the other for the high ones. Be careful holding it in your hand, because the rear sound entry for the bass system is located near the socket of the rocket.
