This auction conforms to all eBay rules governing license plates, and this plate listed is at least 3 years old and being sold ONLY as a gift, souvenir, collectible item, or for decoration purposes and NEVER for use on any motor vehicle! YES I DO TAKE YOUR PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS BUT I PREFER TO BE PAID USING PAYPAL.

• SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: Your winning items are normally shipped the same week, but please allow at least two to three weeks for delivery as I am often out of the country. I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding ! All of the License Plates I mail are packed with a hard cardboard pad; to prevent damage during shipment.

• PLEASE NOTE almost twenty states (including Mont. and Miss.) are now issuing flat non-embossed computer manufactured DIGITAL license plates. Over the next few years all 50 states will be using these flat plates. I don't like them any more than you do, but get used to them as they are, unfortunately, here to stay. Please don't write and ask me if this plate is real , because it is non-embossed; it is real! Many of the plates I am offering here were ordered by the state DMV in anticipation of the motorist requesting their previous personalized plate selection once again, and when the motorist opted for a different choice, some of these plates were never claimed (it happens everyday throughout America) so they may be mint/unissued, while others were used and may show some signs of usage.
  
  
• PAIRS In some cases I will have PAIRS of plates (two of the same plate for those of you in Rio Linda). Therefore if you are interested in finding a pair of plates, please let me know, as I can quickly confirm if I have the mate to the plate being offered here. If you want to buy the second matching plate, I will offer it to you through eBay under the Buy It Now option.
  
  
• SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES: Kindly add $4.00 for First Class Mail Shipping and Handling for all USA addresses. Please add $1.50 more for each additional plate ordered, and I will be happy to combine shipments; saving you money. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY FINISHED BIDDING; then I can generate one new COMBINED INVOICE showing all of your purchases!  Shipping to Canada will cost $5 for one plate Air Letter Post and $9.50 Global Priority Mail (I will combine shipments to Canada for this and other items won - but please write for specifics as weight may vary and will influence shipping costs). Air Mail shipping for this plate to overseas addresses will be $7 for 1 aluminum plate, $9 for one steel plate and $11 for 2 to 5 plates (using the Flat Rate Global Priority envelope).  When buying more than 5 plates, to be shipped overseas, please add $2 per plate extra for additional shipping charges.

• PAYMENT I accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. I will gladly combine shipments to save you money on postage. If you live in Canada - Please note that I only accept PayPal or Canadian Postal Money Orders payable in US Funds! I do not accept Canadian personal checks.
