Princess is a pet turkey that is owned by a friend of mine. She was rescued from a family that did not want her any more. They had abused, and improperly her vegetables, and other things that are not good for turkeys, to the point where she ended up with a deformed foot from malnutrition. It is a myth that turkeys are stupid animals. From what I know, Princess is a very sweet and intelligent bird.

Princess is painted on a 8x10 flat canvas panel. I used the best quality Grumbacher oils to create her with. She is ready frame, and would make an excellent decorative item.

She will come signed and dated on the front and back by me, Janelle Dixon. She will also come with her own EBSQ certificate of authenticity.

Painting will come varnished for protection.

	Currently, I am an artist working out of my own home. I raise rabbits, and pigeons, and have several other pets. I can paint commissioned pet portraits upon request (see ebay store, or EBSQ profile for more details). I have shown my art all over my county in the past, including our county fair. I also show at the St. Joe County, and hillsdale county fairs every year. A lot of my work is painted to compete and show. I have won several best in shows, and honorable mentions from showing at the county fairs. My art has been sold to, and collected in other counties as well as the US. I am also a member of the Branch County art guild, a large group of artists in the southern part of Michigan that is dedicated to showing and promoting original works of art. I have exhibited my art through them at the tibbitts opera house, and various other locations in the past. Our group even painted a mural in downtown Coldwater MI, of which I was very actively involved in. I am also EBSQ certifified and participate in alot of their online art shows. Each of my paintings comes with its own EBSQ certificate of authenticity, signed by me.
