Q. I wanted to inquire on your shipping method of getting shipping at $69.95 per machine. it says if you win 3 machines, can you give me details how that works? Do I need to buy 3 auctions within what time frame? Do we pay those together etc? ?
A. As long as we ship 3 or more to the same address on the same day, shipping will be $69.95 each (In the US only). As long as the auctions are within reason (a few days to a week or so), I don't mind waiting. Just pay for them at the same time and we will ship them together.
Q. What is the size and weight of the machine in this auction?
A. They are about 32 inches tall by about 18 inches wide by about 13 inches deep and weigh about 85 pounds.
Q. Do I need to by an adapter to convert the power?
A. No. If the machine requires an adapter (power transformer) we install one for you FREE! We use only UL recognized 6 amp transformers with a thermal circuit breaker. You just plug the machine straight into any wall socket.
Q. Why do you specify 6 amp transformers? Is that important to me?
A. YES Absolutely! This is probably one of the most critical components inside of the machine. If the amperage on the transformer is too low, the transformer will get hot and could potentially be trouble. The circuit breakers in our transformers protect the machine (and you) in case of a power spike of something else unforeseen.

Q. How does the warranty policy work?
A. These machines are made for commercial use and are very durable. If something does happen to your machine, we will attempt to repair your machine over the phone and send you any replacement parts that are required. If we cannot repair the machine via telephone, we will issue a pick up request with our shipper and bring the machine back to our warehouse for repair. If we still cannot repair the problem, we will replace the machine with something of equal value and send it back to you. We have a very large warehouse with many machines available for replacement or for parts. Warranty requires purchaser retain all of the packing materials and the original invoice. Without the invoice and packing materials we will not be able to offer this service to you.

Q. Is there a volume control on the machine?
A. YES, there are factory volume controls on all of the machines we offer. But, some work very well and some hardly work at all. We do offer an optional volume control kit if you would like to request one.

Q. How do you refurbish the cabinets?
A. We strip off any stickers, fill any holes with high quality wood filler, sand and finally paint the outside of the cabinets with a top quality black house paint.

Q. Besides for painting the cabinets, what else do you do to refurbish the machine?
A. We spend about 2 to 3 hours on each machine. Basically we gut the machine, clean all components (hopper, reels and everything else), install the transformer if needed, replace bulbs and then play the machine to ensure everything is a close to perfection as possible! |

Q. Some other vendors offer different finishes or laminate on their cabinets. Do you?
A. Well, quite frankly we thought about it for a while and we even went to our local hardware superstore and bought some nice looking laminate for a few dollars and tested it on our machines. But, we ended up covering the air holes and we had no good way to pick up the machine as the laminate covered the hand holds as well as the air holes, so we decided not to offer that on our machines. |
