By bidding and paying for this Item, the Bidder/Buyer agrees to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Item offered for sale here by the Seller is a surplus product selling at a highly discounted price from its original price and has NO warranty. Item is sold on an AS IS basis and Buyer must determine own usability. Listing description is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing and Seller is not responsible for errors or omissions in the listing information. Unless otherwise stated, data and specifications given are taken from information found on the Item, in the literature accompanying the Item, or from the website of the manufacturer or a distributor of the Item. In any and all cases, Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any direct, indirect, incidental or miscellaneous damages, or any other damages, inconveniences, costs or expenses.

The Bidder/Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk regarding the safety, suitability of use and legal requirements concerning ownership, storage, installation, operation and use of the Item and that the Seller is free of all liability regarding the safety, condition, usability, installation, use, maintenance, disposal, legality and suitability of use and any other issues regarding this Item. Item is an industrial use product intended for installation and use by qualified personnel and can cause injury or damage if improperly used or installed. Most Items, including but not limited to, those labeled as “Explosion Proof” or suitable for installation in “Hazardous Locations,” require the use of appropriate installation materials and techniques in order to insure a proper and safe installation. Proper and safe installation and operation of the Item, including compliance with applicable electrical, plumbing, fire, safety and other codes, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of any safety, operation or maintenance instructions or literature that may be (when available) provided to Buyer by Seller with this Item. Buyer is urged to consult the original manufacturer of the Item for installation, safety, maintenance and operating instructions which may also be available online at the manufacturer’s website. In any and all cases, Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any direct, indirect, incidental or miscellaneous damages, or any other damages, inconveniences, costs or expenses.

Buyer pays shipping cost as stated. UPS Ground is our shipping method of choice, but we may ship certain small or large/heavy Items via USPS Priority Mail or truck freight as applicable at our discretion. UPS Next Day or Second Day are available at extra cost to be determined based on the Item. If you require shipping by a method other than as stated on the listing, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If paying by Paypal, we will ship to the address associated with the Paypal payment unless prior arrangement is approved by us. If paying by other than Paypal, please send your shipping address including zip code and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder. Please note if yours is a business or residential address (Businesses located in a home are residential for shipping purposes.) If Buyer does not provide us with a delivery contact phone number along with the ship-to address and there is a problem with delivery, Buyer will be responsible for both the return and redelivery shipping cost.

Payment via Paypal is preferred. We accept major credit cards via Paypal, and accept VISA and Mastercard directly through our own merchant account (for your protection, please CALL us with your CC information rather than emailing it). We also accept payment by US Postal Money Order (NO others please) or bank Certified Check or Cashier’s Check drawn on a US bank or CUNA member credit union (or Royal Bank of Canada for the convenience of our Canadian customers), but be advised that this will delay shipment of the Item until the payment is received by us. We accept wire transfers on Items valued at over $300 with prior approval. Email us to request a wire transfer approval and our wire transfer information if necessary.

We make every effort to ship within 3 business days after payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days after email notification to Buyer of amount due, transaction is subject to being reported as failed for non-payment and the Item being sold to another buyer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have questions regarding payment.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO if the Item is UPS or USPS shippable. Due to variable shipping costs, please contact us for a shipping cost quote to these locations BEFORE bidding.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY but, due to delivery problems, not to some locations. Bidders outside the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Europe please contact us BEFORE bidding.

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipment of this Item via US Postal Service will include Commercial Invoice forms attached to the package to facilitate customs clearance. ALL INTERNATIONAL customs clearances and import taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer at destination. Re-shipping of items returned to us as undeliverable by foreign post authorities will require re-payment of shipping costs to re-ship.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA AND MEXICO: Shipment of this Item to CANADA or MEXICO via US Postal Service will include North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Commercial Invoice forms attached to the package to facilitate customs clearance. This Item was made in the US and shipments covered under NAFTA rules generally qualify for duty-free import (however, it may still be subject to GST or HST in Canada or other taxes in Mexico).
