This item is a Soft Cover Book Book called ALFRED'S BASIC ADULT PIANO COURSE LESSON BOOK, LEVEL 2, and published in 1984. The pages are all present, attached, have no creases or tears, and have no scribble or writing apart from annotations on some pages written lightly in pencil, and which can be easily erased. The cover is in excellent condition too.
