ALL TOP #11, May 1948, Fox Features Syndicate. Coverless incomplete. The first exterior wrap is missing- affects the 1st Rulah story (2 story pgs. out). Centerfold and/ or 1 interior wrap gone-( affects last pg. of Jo-Jo story and first pg. of Phantom Lady story). Blue Beetle Story is complete! Chipped, chunks out and some splitting-- paper quality about average for a Fox- still somewhat supple. Good Girl art at it's best- headlights, bondage and lingere panells- good donor copy, or just fun to have to appreciate the artwork. I'm starting the bidding at one penny with free shipping- hope someone out there will get some enjoyment out of it!
