The2FunAdGuyz offer a new, high-quality reproduction print of a late 1800’s (Somewhere between 1870 & the end of the century) lithograph. This lithograph was an advertisement for one of a series of trading card series created by the tobacco firm of Allen & Ginter, Richmond, Virginia. This company is generally acknowledged to have created the concept of trading cards bin cigarette packages. This series featured fish, although the company had over 80 sets, including one that featured women baseball players. Eventually Allen & Ginter became part of the American Tobacco Company. The copy includes: 50 fish from American waters. You will catch one in each package of Virginia Brights Richmond Straight cut #1 Cigarettes. It features the cards, some inside a drawing of a fish. This will be a marvelous addition to any collection of cigarette trading cards, tobacco paraphernalia or fishing enthusiasts.
