up for auction is an allis chalmers c engine block. water jacket is uncracked on the outside, which is rare in its self. i found one sleeve web crack between bore one and two. easily fixed by a good machine shop. this is an early model block with the rear mounted oil pump. off an early model allis C. will have to be picked up or freighted. if freighted, buyers are responsible for their own freight quotes and costs. i charge 30 dollars to palletize, band down, and deliver a skid to a freight dock in austin (except fedex freight, the cost is 50 dollars to go there as they are not in austin). this will weigh about 200 lbs on a 2x3 skid. sold as is, ask any questions before bidding. Check out my other items! NEW EMAIL POLICY: folks, i havent had much problem until recently, but it is becoming annoying. 98 percent of people emailing me are very nice and I am happy to respond to, but it's that 2 percent that is irking me. if you email me, and you can't be polite, and have some modicum of decorum in the composition of your email, i will be rude right back, no holds barred. i'm not just talking about simple pleasantries here folks, which i generally use. if you want to be rude to me, expect it back. think of me as the old joke about john wayne toilet paper: its rough, tough, and it doesn't take any sh** off anybody. i'm nice and friendly to everyone automatically, and try to be as helpful as i can be every day, but i want to get some level of respect back. if anyone is having trouble emailing me, my actual email is mdmurphy1@peoplepc.com ; if you cant get through ebay due to any spam filters or just email problems, use that address. This doesn't just go for me folks, when you email any seller, just be nice. Real simple, basic kindergarten concept.

FEEDBACK POLICY: it only took one person to ruin it for everyone, but it has been done. i leave positive feedback after it has been left for me. all tractor/farm parts are photographed, and shown and described accurately as possible in my auctions. these are OLD tractor parts, 60-70 year old parts in some cases and i describe them as such. they are not cleaned up, restored or repanted, i dont try at all to make anyone think otherwise. they are the way they come off the tractors when i pull them. a bidder leaving negative feedback for me because a part is dirty, or for some other absurd, unreasonable reason, will result in my believing that the bidder is a idiot and knows nothing about old tractors and what to expect in terms of parts, and i will almost certainly leave negative feedback to return the favor. we are all here to have a good time, and ebay is a great place for people to get together and find parts. i work hard to help anyone out who asks me a question. i am a completely reasonable person. if there is a serious problem, please email me, and i will try and take care of it if i can.

TERMS OF SALE: these are old tractor parts, not new ones. no one parts out parade ready tractors.no refunds, parts sold as is. this is not walmart folks. i know there are a lot of new people to the old tractor hobby, but you have to understand that these are old tractor parts, not new ones. all parts are described to the best of my knowledge and i work hard to describe items accurately, and i will work to help anyone if i can, as shown by my positive feedback and my having bidders frequently buy 5 to 10 or more items from me at a time. ask any questions before bidding, please, and not in the last 5 minutes of the auction. i dont sit here and answer questions at the very end of auctions all the time.
