Domestic Shipping Policies

• Flat rate shipping is for the the Contiguous 48 United States  -  Shipping to  Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and APO Boxes will cost more call for quote before bidding.
• We Ship all  Packages over 1 pound via Fed-Ex or UPS. JustAuctions Solely reserves the right to choose the Carrier.
• Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails for UPS and FEDEX shipments.
• For all orders of $15 or less (not including Shipping & Handling), JustAuctions reserves the right to ship USPS. 
• All Freight Claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds.
• If you do Not Agree with Terms & Conditions, Payment Methods, Shipping & Handling Fees, or Return Policy, Please Do Not Bid on Auctions.

• PayPal or Credit Card Payments Only. No International Checks or Money Orders accepted and will be returned to you.
• Note that we do not ship to every country, some of the countries that we will not ship to include but are not limited to: Russia, Ukraine, Malaysia, Romania, Philippines, Lithuania, all of Africa. If you would like to know if I ship to your country please email me.
• Electrical Items, Calculators and Weights and Measures. All electrical items (including, but not limited to, battery chargers) use US standard 110/120V outlets, unless otherwise stated. Calculators and measure devices are based on US weights and measures unless specifically stated.  Promotions, free gifts, and warranties are not applicable outside the United States. .
• Shipping Rates: If international shipping rates are not listed in the auction listing contact us before bidding please email us using eBay's "ask a seller a question" form located at the top of this page in the "seller information" section for a shipping quote before buying. All rates are in US Dollars.
• Software: No international Shipping of Software 0r CD's unless specifically stated in auction.
• Insurance: Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation is mandatory on all shipments outside of the U.S.
• Taxes & Duties: For orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. there will be local customs or duties. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. Please check with your country s customs office for precise charges before placing your bid. JustAuctions does not calculate these fees and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you refuse your package and don't pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways and all other handling fees.
• JustAuction is not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

 JustAuctions assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.

Warranties and Return Policy

Product Warranty
JustAuctions guarantees purchases against manufacturing defect for 10 days from the date of purchase (see "Return Policy").  Just Auctions makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond this period, unless otherwise specifically and expressly stated.  Further warranty may be offered by the product manufacturer.  For warranty information on a particular item or to obtain warranty parts/service on an item (if applicable), please contact the item manufacturer.

Manufacturer Reconditioned Tools
JustAuctions sells brand new and manufacturer reconditioned (refurbished) tools. Both come with a Manufacturer Warranty. Once a product has been returned to a retailer and opened for whatever reason, it cannot be sold as new. It is then returned to the manufacturer and is completely inspected to assure it meets all factory specifications and is then quality checked yet again. Manufacturer-reconditioned tools maintain the highest quality standards. Each tool is thoroughly examined for proper working condition and quality.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the purchase.

• Software can only be returned for exchange.

• The item is returned in the original packaging and in like-new, resell condition
• All product manuals, accessories, etc. are included

• Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on the purchase price of the merchandise) and any eBay final value fees that may apply.  Original shipping/handling paid is non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.  We recommend using a shipper that provides tracking information.  Due to shipping restrictions, returns are not allowed for gas generators once they have been filled with gas and/or oil.  We can only provide replacement parts for tools and equipment with internal combustion engines.

• Please note: Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion.

• All returns, whether defective or not,  must be approved before returning them. Contact me for return instructions.
