This stunning artefact was created
using a beautiful dark piece of a Flint pebble. The knife was made on a
pointed blade. The dorsal face it is
retouched all around the sides and the point, half the face was left
cortical. On the ventral face the bulb of percussion is present ; there are
many retouches along the edges and the point. Evidence of useware is still visible
on the edges.

circa 400 000 - 650 000 years ago), and was conceived by Homo HEIDELBERGENSIS (
European Erectus ).
