I hope that you are feeling better by now.  Rec'd the jewelry cleaner yesterday and tried it this morning - WOW!  I put a dirty I mean smoke gray dirty  CZ ring in the solution and cleaned it.  I took my real diamond ring which is about the same size as the CZ (sometimes I don't wear my real stuff depending on where I am going - have had friends robbed of their jewelry) anyhow, I put both on my finger and said to my husband, "can you pick out the real one?"  He picked the CZ I just cleaned in your cleaner.
