A Thesaurus of a Dress Pattern!
I could fill pages with descriptive and superfluous words about these two dresses. They are treasure houses of fashion influences. Yet they are not cluttered or fussy. Perfect examples of why Advance patterns are so pleasing.

Advance #8667, 1958, Printed Pattern
Size: 12 (Bust 32", Waist 25", Hip 34")
OVERBLOUSE DRESS OR SEPARATES: Contrast binding outlines neckline, front and sleeves of overblouse. Front lower edge with notch detail...back band and bow. Skirt, dart fitted, center-front, center back seams only. Back zipper closing. Simple and simply stunning.
Suggested Fabrics: Pique, poplin, cotton faille, linen, rayon flannel, silk crepe, silk linen, shantung, wool crepe, flannel, jersey, novelty weaves, blends
Condition: This pattern is in OUTSTANDING vintage condition! The envelope is in SUPER CONDITION with little of the normal storage creasing. There is no splitting or rips. Slight discoloration is found near edge. Flap is present. Graphics are AMAZING! The "model" on the right appears to be ready to club the lady on the left with her purse. The one about to be attacked couldn't be less vexed and seems to say "bring it on." The instructions are present and in SUPER condition. There are no rips, and they are complete. Pattern pieces are printed and complete. The tissue pattern pieces are UNCUT, Printed and Complete. This pattern has never been used and is still in factory folds. Even though is nearly 50 years old, it is a new pattern. A wonderful addition to your collection to frame or use!
