We do not accept personal checks. We accept money orders or paypal. We reserve the right to refuse Paypal payments for reasons of zero, private, or negative feedback.
Payments must be sent within 10 days of auction's close; email asap if problems arise, otherwise item will be withdrawn and negative feedback may be posted.
Refunds pre-arranged on case-by-case basis, except on auctions sold "as is." We must be notified of refund request within 5 days of receipt of item.
When item is returned for refund the buyer is responsible for shipping/ insurance fees. The item must be returned via insured mail or refund will not be paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of damage via shipping, the buyer will take responsibility for filing damage claims. We will offer photos, receipts and other information where necessary.
Winning bidder pays exact U.S. postal shipping & insurance charges based on final packaged weight & destination, plus $1 handling for items up to $20; $2 for items up to $100; and $3 for items over $100.
We can combine multiple auction wins to save on shipping, but until items are packed we cannot give exact shipping totals. Combined shipping offered only over a two-week period.
