This unit was used to cool second story bedroom that received direct sunlight during the day.
I have since moved to another house and is not needed anymore.
Unit is 2 years old and is in perfect working condition.
There is some adhesive residue around the rear filter hose opening from using duct tape to add extra support to secure the exhaust hose in place. This unit comes with ALL parts, accessories, and Remote Control.  You will need an exhaust hose.  I used a clothes dryer hose that worked just fine.
