AMD 'PURPLE' CERAMIC DIL MIL-SPEC. IC's TYPE 7642T (5off)

These rare and special devices came to light on de-commissioning a now redundant rf / electronics laboratory. 'Purple' refers to the colour of the ceramic which has a  bluish purple hue. They are 'never used' old stock, military spec., radiation hardened units but virtually new and are offered 'as is' i.e. untested but genuinely believed to be in good working order. We understand them to be memory chips.  The following data appears on each device: 1449 1112 7642T.  The 16 pin DIL package is ceramic and the external metalisation is gold.  Can anyone make good use of five of them?
