You are purchasing on only what is in the description and what is pictured in the photos, unless stated otherwise. If it is not listed in the description or package item list and you do not see it in the photos provided then it is not included. Payment must be received within 3 days of close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. After 7 days, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item. We reserve the right to void the auction in the case of late bid withdrawals.

1. We will either repair or replace, at this seller's sole discretion, defects in workmanship and materials in your computer system which arise during the warranty period. If applicable, we will repair or replace the defective hardware or component with a new or equivalent part.
2. The warranty period is a lifetime from the date of purchase, non transferable. NO REFUNDS. All sales final. We will repair your item under warranty only, NO refunds. You must ship the entire computer. DO NOT ship back individual parts. All boxes, manuals & accessories must be shipped back with the computer.
3. Our warranty does NOT include software issues.
4. Damage caused from shipping is not covered under this warranty. Shipping damage is covered by the shipper (FedEx or USPS), all orders are fully insured before shipment. Any shipping damage or loss must be reported within 3 days after delivery. After 3 days damages from shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
5. This warranty excludes "Acts of God" (lightning, storms, tornadoes, etc..) mishandling, abuse, modifying, and other accidental causes including viruses.
6. Customer pays for all return shipping costs under warranty requests. If replacement part is not available, we will replace the part with an item of equal or greater value. Items found not to be defective under warranty will be returned at owners expense.
7. Cancellations or charge backs are subject to a 20% fee
RETURN POLICY
All Sales are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt.
All cancelled orders, refused orders, returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee + return shipping charge. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel bids by users with recent or excessive negative feedback. Please bid only if you are serious about completing this transaction.
NOTICE: If you make payment via your bank debit card and the transaction is declined because it failed the AVS( address verification system), any additional attempts will place a temporary hold on those funds for each attempt made. Release of those funds may not occur for 3 business days. It's very important that you make sure that the address provided is exactly as listed with the issuing bank.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is by Fedex Ground, insured and requires a direct signature at the time of delivery. A tracking number will be emailed by Fedex at the time of shipping so that you may track the package. Please allow 4 - 7 business days AFTER payment for item to ship although we usually ship a lot sooner. At the present time, we do not have the facility nor the manpower to handle customer pickup. To do so would raise prices. While most buyers think that they would save the shipping charge by picking an item up, that simply is not the case. Any retailer includes the cost of doing business into the price much as sellers on eBay do with shipping. The cost of doing business is included in the shipping charges (packing foam and box, insurance, delivery to Fedex and the actual cost of shipping.)
