  Welcome to Southern Oaks Iron Works.  Here is a relic all the way around.  This 6/1955 American Bridge div of United States Steel safety tool belt has seen just about everything and still is able to hold your tools and bolts on your side.  MSA made these quick release belts to last.  This belt may have some flaws but its all character.  The bag has no major holes and the belt has no major tears or holes, just a fray here or there.  The locking tab has not come apart but has lost its leather release through the years.  The spuds sizes that come with this belt which is helb by an ole AB scabbard is 3/4 soft and 3/4 heavy.  Snipe it and build the next up and coming skyline.  From my hands to yours.  GOOD LUCK & WORK SAFE.
