~WOW~ This is a gorgeous, highly decorated piece! We recently acquired this Vintage item from a very old East Coast estate. This auction is for ONE beautifully hand cut Lead Crystal Serving/Banana Bowl from the American Brilliant Period (WOW!) and features a super detailed and extra ornate multi-cut Giant Hobstar design!  This large and unusual Oval Banana Bowl measures 11 ½" long, 8" wide and about 4 ½" tall/deep!  It is extremely fancy with exceptionally sharp edges and very deep cuts; the blank is bright and crystal water clear.  This bowl is in Excellent overall condition; there are hardly any of the usual tiny nicks or fleabites, and one tooth with a surface sliver -- please see supersized pics below for exact detail.  Because of the Extraordinary amount of decoration and cutting on this very large piece, this overall beauty is very collectible and it displays extremely well. We estimate this Antique Bowl to have been produced around the turn of the century, 1900. All of the Hand Cut Crystal we sell has been Black Light tested and is absolutely authentic - THIS BOWL FLUORESCES BRIGHT YELLOW-GREEN!! This lovely piece is being offered with no reserve!! The crystal has a GREAT "lasting-ping" sound and lots of color and sparkle. This would make a wonderful HIGHLIGHT to any crystal collection and makes a great gift!!
