Your credit card billing address and the shipping address MUST both be in the United States.

We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses or to the billing address on the credit card used to make your purchase.

Payment Details

• Payment is expected within 3-4 days of auction close. Unpaid Items will be forfeited per eBay policies.
• Credit cards wont be charged until your order ships.
• If feedback is left, feedback will be given. Allow 24-48 hours for feedback to be posted. We appreciate feedback as much as you.

Sales Tax
7% for Georgia Residents 9.25% for Illinois Residents. If your shipping address is located within the state of Georgia or Illinois, we must collect 7% or 9.25% respectively, Sales Tax in addition to the final order total.

We only ship to the United States at this time including AK, HI, and PR.   If you live in AK, PR, or HI enter your zip code into the shipping calculator at the bottom of the auction.  If there is no zip code entry ask for a quote.  We ship all American DJ products by UPS. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an actual street address for shipping.

All purchases that total over $100 will require a signature.  The carrier will attempt delivery three times.

We do not combine shipping charges beyond the First item and Additional item charges listed above. Our checkout system automatically combines the shipping charges if applicable.

Processing Details

• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping Damage
If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact UPS claims at 1-800-742-5877. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
