Payment is due at time of sale, as with any retail transaction. We accept PayPal (preferred), MO, CC, and personal checks. Payment must be received within ten (10) days or item will be re-listed. Your item(s) will be shipped upon payment being cleared. We do not give refunds or accept returns. If you feel an item does not meet the quality disclosed in the description, we will do everything we can to make it right. Orders are shipped within three (3) business days after payment clears. We use USPS as our primary shipping method. We do combine orders and base our fees on accurate shipping charges.
We are not liable for delay in service once your package has been mailed. Please remember that holiday decrease delivery speed. Most book orders are shipped media mail and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive. Items are mailed Parcel Post (2-9 days) due to postage costs or unless otherwise requested to be mailed Priority mail (2-3 business days) and the difference, if applicable, paid by the buyer.

Insurance is not required but optional on most items although it is highly recommended to insure against damage and/or lost/stolen items. We strive to pack your orders in such a way that it arrives safely but please remember that we are not liable for merchandise once mailed.
Insurance cost is $1.70 up to $50 and increases $1 per $50 thereafter.
