As with most other auctions, you are buying items as is, where is. We try to describe the items as clearly as possible. Items are not returnable unless you determine that the description was grossly misrepresented. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and the return must occur within 48 hours after we have agreed to it. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: Ebay now requires that sellers guarantee all packages for delivery and breakage. We add a $3.00 handling fee to ALL packages and with this fee is our guarantee that you will receive a "no hassle and prompt" refund if there is a problem with your package. You will not have to go through the post office for your refund. Most of the time a picture of the damage will suffice. Occasionally we may have you return the item to us at our expense. The handling fee also covers our packing material. We always use bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and sometimes double box your item. Except for very heavy, non-breakable items we ship USPS MAIL. Heavy items go UPS and books are shipped Media Mail. There is no handling fee on books. If you don't want to pay that much in postage we would rather you did not bid than to be unhappy and leave negative feedback. ABOUT FEEDBACK: Our feedback is very important to us and good feedback helps us lower our cost. Ebay asks you some loaded questions on feedback such as "how reasonable was the postage." Of course postage is unreasonable! The rates are ridiculous HOWEVER we have no control over those rates set by the post office. PLEASE help us and leave 5's on these categories. Our postage is ACCURATE + $3.00 handling fee. We refund any postage overage to your paypal account. If you cannot leave a "5" on other catergories such as "item as described" please let us know why you were unhappy with the item. WE WANT YOU TO BE SATISFIED AND WOULD RATHER REFUND YOUR MONEY THAN RECEIVE A LOWER RATING SCORE.
