We accept Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, personal check and U.S. Credit Card over the phone. Please include eBay item # and shipping address with checks and money order.

All payment must be completed within 7 days after auction ended. We reserve the right to resell the item if payment is not received within 7 days after the end of the auction.

8.25% Sale Tax applies to all Texas Residence

We will only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. All payments must be cleared and completed prior shipping items out.

Paypal payment with unconfirmed shipping address status will be refunded back to buyer through paypal. Buyer will have to resubmit payment with confirmed shipping address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We will ship to U.S. 50 states paypal confirmed addresses only.

We do not ship to international or APO addresses.

 Alaska and Hawaii addresses pays additional $15.

 We usually ship items out the next business day via USPS or DHL ground. For express shipping, please contact us prior making payment.

 All customer who wants to pick up item locally pays $5 handling fee.

TNT Electronic, INC. accepts returns for a refund for the first 7 days of ownership with a 20% restocking fee. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work.

Support will issue you an RMA if your problem requires it. All returns are subject to testing by TNT Electronic, INC. prior to any exchange or repair.

Defective return will be replace or refund at our discretion. Items found to be defective due to unauthorized repairs, software issues, physical damage will not be covered under our return policy or warranty.

No returns are accepted after 7 days.

All Returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories to avoid any additional fee. Please include eBay auction number and reason for return when you sent the package back.

Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charge regardless of defective or non-defective returns.
