We ship via First Class Mail for most packages, delivery time is usually within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Under certain circumstances specially for larger packages we might ship via Media Mail, delivery time is usually 2-9 business days after payment has cleared. Shipping method will be specified in auction.

Most items arrive within 1-3 business days, 10 days maximum of us receiving payment. If your item has been lost in transit we will send a replacement after minimum transit time of 28 days has elapsed. I use delivery confirmation on all orders and cannot send replacements on orders that are reported as delivered. If you have not received your order and want to find out the tracking information please contact me, I will be more than happy to provide it for you.

Our DVDs are fully guaranteed to be free of error but in the very rare occurance a replacement will be shipped immediately with no questions asked. Refunds will not be given as watch and copying does take place.

All our DVD Movies/TV Shows (unless otherwise noted) are converted to DVD format by ClassicMoviesTheater.com from Public Domain or been purchased from Public Domain and re-packaged for sale. In most cases movie/tv show has been digitally remastered before being converted to DVD format. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality film possible. However quality on some of these movies/tv shows is sometimes not all that good and not easily restored, but overall they're very high quality for their age and condition. Please remember that a lot of these films are not on general release and are deleted  titles. So enjoy them for what they are and "as is" as we do!
