Warranty Return Information: Buyer must contact seller within 7 days of receiving product(s) with an explanation of why they are making the return. Product(s) must be received back to the seller within 14 days of buyer contacting the seller. Return shipping cost is not refunded. Once seller receives the return(s) and upon inspection the buyer will then receive a refund.
Calibration: Equipment that we sell might possibly require calibration, if applicable, it is not covered under our Refund Policy.
All products must be returned in the same condition as received. All accessories that were originally included, must be returned for a full refund. If shipped in factory packaging, it must be returned in the same packaging with all manuals and inserts.
The returned product(s) must be packed equivalently as you received them to avoid damage during shipping. Our warranty does not cover shipping damage.
Damage from shipping is covered by the carrier's insurance. If the return is damaged or lost during shipping, it is your responsibility to take this up with the carrier for reimbursement.
