This is an auction for a brand new, mint condition, 2006 Ampeg Dan Armstrong electric guitar made in Japan. Featuring a completely unique body that is made of an eye-catching clear Plexiglas material, the Ampeg Dan Armstrong guitar’s distinctive construction actually eliminates unwanted vibrations and frequencies, while producing tremendous sustain. The net result is a playing experience and tone unlike any other. This gorgeous guitar features a 4-bolt maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, 24 frets with micro dot inlays, Grover tuning machines, single volume & tone controls, 3-way toggle switch and simulated wood pickguard & headstock overlay. The nut width is 1 11/16", the scale length is 25" & the guitar weighs 9 lbs. A unique feature on this guitar is the ability to swap out the pickup & change between a single coil or humbucker with relative ease. Both pickups are included with the guitar as is the original deluxe hardshell case.
