This is a rare 1/43 scale plastic kit by AMT of the '69 AMX from 1989.  Box is a little crunched, but still intact and not ripped.  Pictures are a little crummy, but the model is molded in light blue, and is still in the plastic, and in excellent condition.  Nice item for the AMC fan.
