Vol I has 313 pages; Vol II 286 pages, plus an Appendix of a Comparative View of Antient and Modern Geography. All complete. Measures 9" x 5.5". The book is bound in original half-vellum binding, which is rather worn and rubbed, but no splitting, paper to the boards is also worn. Internally clean, there is some spotted foxing and this is very heavy to about 12 pages (see photo below), but the majority of the pages are free, as is shown in the other photo, and the binding is tight. Ex-War Office Library, with a bookplate and a couple of stamps to the front free endpaper and top of title-page, no other stamps elsewhere.
