We would prefer to ship your item by UPS because we have NEVER lost an item using this method. If you choose to use mail you will be doing so at your own risk. We will be glad to provide you with neccessary reciepts but you will need to collect any insurance claim that you have, yourself. While we want to make our customer happy it has become too time consuming to track and be responsible for items shipped through the mail. We ship items usually the day it is paid for but it may take up to 5 business days.
We will be happy to refund your money for an item that you are not satisfied with. It must be returned within 7 days, and be in the same condition as at the time of shipping. Please, email us so that we can be watching for the item. We will then return your money in the same form in which you paid.
