Bidding Terms

• Please ask all questions prior to bidding using the ebay automated system.
• We do our best to represent colors accurately, color calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably.
• We make every effort to describe our items as honestly and completely as possible.  
• IMPORTANT: If you are highly allergic, please email us concerning any items of interest.  We store our merchandise in a CLEAN environment.  Some items listed have been pre-owned.  We cannot accept responsibility for their former “history”.
• Should you have any problem with the received merchandise, contact us within 48 hrs after receipt, we will not be responsible for claims after 48 hrs
• We reserve the right to cancel/retract bids without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback.   

Sizes 

• Every designer has different sizing standards, European, vintage sizes run differently than modern American sizing.
• Detailed measurements are given on every listing, it is your obligation to check the measurements provided.
  
• It must be your responsibility to know what works for you, we cannot be held responsible if the item does not fit perfectly.

Payments

• Buyer pays final bid price, plus shipping, unless free shipping is indicated in the listing
• Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction or an non-paying buyer claim will be opened with ebay
• Acceptable methods of payments are:
  • PayPal (preferred) Will ship to confirmed address only!!!

        Shipping

•  Domestic items are shipped with the posted rate for USPS Priority, with a FREE delivery confirmation, sent with your shipping notification email.
• International shipping for confirmed addresses only. Unconfirmed address, MUST pay for signature confirmation.

• “International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• “These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”
• “We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.”
• We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of items, due to your country's customs rules or regulations
  
• We DO combine shipping allowing a discount. For each additional item, please add $2.00 to the greatest shipping amount,  INSURANCE will be at your option.  We do NOT charge a handling fee.
• Every item is inspected before shipping.
