You are looking at a pair of French Couture pants designed by ANGELO TARLAZZI. These were made in 1990. They have front pleats, wide legs with cuffs, belt loops on the buttoned waistband,very deep side seam pockets and an inset buttoned pocket on the back. This is a wonderfully made garment in a navy blue wool with a white pinstripe 2" apart.
