Construction is 5 jointed plush.  12" standing.  Little teddy is 5" long.  Limited edition 24,443/35,000.  Mint condition in original box with Certificate of Authenticity.  Box is slightly torn in one corner, but otherwise in great condition.  High bidder to pay Actual priority shipping (postage rates go up on 5-12) and would recommend insurance.  Payment to be made within 10 days of auction end.  Thanks for looking!
