Colloidal oatmeal has long been known as an excellent skin care item.

TO USE: Cleanse skin. Rinse. Pour a small amount of REFINE into your hand. Sprinkle with water until a paste forms. Apply to face and neck and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse. Follow with a toner and moisturizer. If you have extra time and want even more benefit, you can pour a small amount of REFINE into a bowl and mix with other ingredients, including whole milk, yoghurt, mashed strawberries, etc. Mix well, then apply to face, leaving for 15 minutes. Rinse.
