We try very hard to make sure each of our items are accurately pictured and described. If you think we have failed at the description for a particular item, PLEASE let us know.
If we have, indeed, failed to give an accurate description of an item you have purchased and received, Please let us know, we can offer a trade, credit, return or refund depending on the circumstances.
If you receive an item that you just don't want, you may return it for a refund (herbs, oils, soaps, salts, lotions, colognes and handmade items excluded). We do not refund shipping.
We leave positive feedback, in good faith, for everyone who pays in a timely manner. Please show us the courtesy of leaving a positive feedback for us too.
