This item for sale is a beautiful, antique, 18k solid white gold and guilloche enamel Eastern Star ring in very excellent used condition. The ring is a size 4.5, the top measures 12x8mm or just under 1/2 inch across by just under 3/8ths. It is so unique and lovely.
