ANTIQUE 20s CZECH ETCHED & REV PAINT GLASS BOUDOIR LAMP

AN ANTIQUE, ca. 1920's, WHITE METAL AND CAST IRON BOUDOIR LAMP. THE HARP HOLDS THE MATCHING URN FORM FINIAL, BRASS SHADE CAP, AND SHADE HOLDER. ORIGINAL IVORY COLOR ENAMEL PAINT FINISH WITH BLUE AND RED ACCENTS. IN WORKING ORDER WITH PROBABLY THE ORIGINAL CORD AND PLUG, TURN SWITCH ON THE ORIGINAL BRASS SOCKET. THE ORIGINAL SHADE IS CLEAR GLASS WITH THE EXTERIOR ACID ETCHES IN A FLORAL PATTERN, AND THEN LIGHTLY STAINED IN LIGHT SKY BLUE AND BUTTERSCOTCH COLOR. THE UNDERSIDE CORE GLASS IS MILK GLASS TRANSFER ENAMEL BLACK OUTLINE DECORATED WITH FLORAL URNS AND SWAGS, HAND PAINTED IN COLORS. THE SHADE AT THE NECK IS ALUMINUM INK STAMPED: MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA. PROBABLY MADE BY, IF NOT ACTUALLY BY, BELLOVA, BUT NOT SO MARKED. LAMP MEASURES 14-¼" TALL BY 4-½" BOTTOM DIAMETER, THE SHADE 5-½" TALL BY 7-7/8" DIAMETER, WITH 2-¼" TOP DIAMETER. VERY GOOD CONDITION: LAMP METALS WITHOUT DENTS OR BREAKS, ORIGINAL ENAMEL FINISH UNWORN - EXCEPT ON SHADE CAP. THE SHADE HAS FIVE VERY TEENY CHIPS TO THE INNER BOTTOM EDGE. SHADE DECORATIONS UNWORN.
