ANTIQUE CHINESE CLOISONNE & WOOD PANEL PLAQUE - 72" #6
antique Chinese Cloisonne panel - part of a 12 panel folding screen. This stunning work of art is circa 19th century and stands approximately 72 inches (6 feet) high. It is compromised of three panels set in wood (teak I believe) and features a gorgeous image of a floral and bird scene.
I am offering six panels individually (and have access to the other six). They would make a spectacular screen - but also work great as individual or group panels / wall hangings.
Each is VERY heavy - about 100 pounds. The panel measurements are as follows:

I do have many other Chinese and Japanese items for sale: vintage, antique and ancient - including many other snuff bottles. I am selling these for an elderly Chinese gentleman who was a renown collector and purveyer of Chinese works for many years in New York City and has recently retired. The pieces are all guaranteed as described (and in some cases where provenance was unclear, we erred on the side of caution.)
This is the back of one panel. You see the metal hinges that attach the panels as well as the wooden backing and hinges that hold in the cloisonne in place.
