Up for auction is14" antique cloth doll, very well made with nice molded features in the cloth.  I feel I must make it clear to all my wonderful customers that I do not use shipping dept. as a profit center.... To give you an idea of the cost of doing this ebay business please feel free to continue to read:   I do have a $2.00-4.00 handling fee, depending on the item... (that amount is already figured in the listed amount for the shipping)....  10 rolls of bubble wrap that I just purchased was $550.00!  and I just bought 36 rolls of tape for 60.00!  I have two part time packagers at $8.00 per hour in order to keep the flow of 400 dolls per month shipped timely... the postage fees and pick up service must be paid of course....   my ebay fees for the last 30 days were  over $2000.00!!  Can you imagine? That does not included the 3.5% that paypal will skim off the top of every single item!!   I am posting this in my auctions, so I do not have to reply, to any more questions regarding the "flat rate" shipping fee that is disclosed in every auction....Please do not email me asking me to ship first class or parcel post, because I am not able to.... I am only set up to ship priority mail, otherwise the post office will not pick the boxes up at my front door... I would have to shlep 400 boxes per month to the post office by myself... and with a baby, and being overworked to begin with...I dont think so... I try to work extremely hard for the doll community, traveling all over the country to bring items of interest to you...I  thank you for your understanding as to what is involved... I am confused that people will go to a concert or a ball game and gladly pay $5.00 for a soda and $7.00 for a beer!  

 

I am happy to combine shipping, but please do not pay until you are finished bidding, otherwise your item will get shipped!  When your finished bidding a final invoice (showing a huge shipping discount) will be sent...please just delete any auto-invoices on winning items that you recieve.

 

Please note:  Some of my auctions end at the exact same time as others...so bid ahead of time if you plan on winning! 

 

 

My description above, will state facts and obvious damage or issues that a collector might be concerned about regarding the item up for auction.  I do not go into great detail concerning history, playwear, minor imperfections, etc...  Items sold are often of considerable age and will exhibit wear and usage.  All items are sold AS IS and there will be no returns based on condition.  The absence of condition remarks in the listing entry DOES NOT mean the item is in perfect condition.   I will only mention damage that this obvious and I spend extra money uploading pictures of areas that show damage... for greater detail.  If there is no mention of cracks, crazing, chips, etc...that means the item is free from such defects. 

 

  With that said, I am asking all my wonderful customers to please contact me directly if you are not delighted with your purchase.  I would be horrified to find out that you are not happy with your item by letting me know in my feedback with a neutral or even worse, a negative!   I work very hard to maintain a positive rating and it is extremely important to me to keep it that way!
