All payments must be made within 5 days of auction(s) ending. The winning bidder will receive an invoice from us with the amount due within 1 hour of auctions close. If you plan on purchasing more items please contact us so we can hold your items.

Shipping Terms

SHIPPING PRICE: $119 in Mainland United States Only

All rugs are shipped within 1-2 business so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our shipping services are provided by both UPS and Fed-Ex to continental USA. Depending on the state you live in and your type of address, the best carrier will be chosen upon shipment of your rug(s). International customers including Hawaii and Alaska please email us for additional charges. We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person. You must note that shipping charges all include the following: (Shipping, Handling, Wrapping, Insurance, and warehouse fees which are associated with every rug).

PICK UPS : No Personal Pick ups or 3rd Party Shipping Allowed.

Return Policy

You must notify us and obtain correct instruction on how to ship the rug back within 3 business days of receiving your rug(s). We will then give you the return address and make necessary notes regarding your return. Once your rug(s) have arrived back to our warehouse, you will then be refunded within 3-5 business days.
