Large, antique Detroit Lubricator Company steam engine oiler or lubricator- model G, B0635- early unit with front wheel and double top glass panels- restoration project as unit is frozen and is missing top oil reservoir cap- oiler is also quite rusted, but metal quality is still good- glass panels on the top are dirty inside and one has a vertical crack- I'm definitely not knowledgable about these items, but unit looks restorable to me and is largely intact as far as I can tell- unit is well used/worn and is very dirty- weighs over 26 lbs unpacked- the oiler came from the local lead mines and is an authentic, mine used item on stationary steam engines- I have a couple of additional oilers listed besides this one.
