STUNNING ANTIQUE ENGLISH ESTATE VICTORIAN LADIES VANITY OR SCENT BOTTLE/ PERFUME BOTTLE WOODEN TRAY WITH BRASS HANDLES FEATURING RARE MILKWEED AND FEATHERS EXOTIC DESIGN UNDERNEATH THE ORIGINAL ANTIQUE GLASS

Exquisite in beauty and design.  This vintage Victorian Ladies antique Vanity Tray is simply elegant and was recently purchased from an estate in London, England.  The estate had it listed as early Victorian Vantiy Scent Bottle Tray circa 1890's. 

The wooden tray is in wonderful antique condition with no chips or cracks to the wood or the glass front.  The vanity tray has an exotic design on the top featuring intricately placed milkweed and feathers underneath the glass.  The dark wood has a very nice smooth patina with original brass fittings on both handles.  The bottom of the vanity tray is covered with original dark brown felt material to protect fine furniture from scratches. 

No markings on the tray that I notice.  The bottom original felt backing is loose from the wood in several places and may need some glue repair.  There is one place inside the glass front on the vintage milkweed design that appears to be a wood chip about 1 1/2" in length that has been dislodged from the wooden tray and should be easy to remove by taking off the back covering. 

This is one of the most lovely antique vanity trays that I have found and I added extra pictures below to show the box at different angles and wonderful condition.  Several other antiques were purchased from the same English estate so please check out my other listings and store!

Measurements:  The tray measures 13" in length, 6" in width and 2" in height (including handles).
