Up for auction is a beautiful Antique English Sterling Silver Picture Frame. Hallmarks show Chester circa 1913 by William Neale & Sons Ltd. Sterling Silver Frame in Very Good condition with normal Age Wear. Small dents/dings on front face (see pics). Back shows Medium to Heavy Age Wear. Most of the Velvet on the back is still there. (see pics). Hinges for back stand are intact. Needs polishing to bring out it's beauty!
