Porcelain interior and very heavy weight are also indications of the high quality. | | Condition: | VERY GOOD In overall very good condition. Please be sure that you are willing to pick the item up at the nearest Greyhound Station, as the nearest Greyhound Station may be a considerable distance from your home. Items not picked up at the Greyhound Bus Station within 48 hours after arrival may be subject to a storage fee, which varies from station to station. EuroLux Antiques will be happy to help you locate the nearest Greyhound Station. All shipments include Insurance. In accordance with our full Terms & Conditions, the customer is responsible for fully inspecting each piece for damage upon delivery. Any damage not listed in the online description by EuroLux Antiques should be clearly noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery. Once the customer signs the delivery receipt stating that the item was received in good order, the insurance is null and void, and no future insurance claims will be made. Additional assembly, extra packing or crating charges may apply in certain instances. This determination is made at the sole discretion of the shipping company at the time of pick-up at EuroLux's Gallery in Newberry, SC. The customer will be notified directly by the shipping company and any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be paid directly to the shipping company in the manner designated by the shipping company. A Note About Shipping EuroLux Antiques takes a great deal of pride in its packing and shipping. Please keep in mind that packing fragile and irreplaceable vintage and antique items is not a quick or cheap endeavor. Proper packaging is expensive and bulky and takes a great deal of time to do the job correctly. Boxes are often far larger than most customers (or ebay) would imagine when packed properly. Occasionally, ebay's shipping calculator over-estimates shipping charges. We make a concerted effort to refund grossly excessive shipping charges whenever possible. When a customer selects UPS Ground, we sometimes ship with an equivalent service such as FedEx or DHL. The shipping charges are similar, and we have found these companies also offer our customers superior customer service. We also occasionally upgrade shipping from USPS Parcel Post to Priority or UPS/FedEx/DHL Ground. We are a small, family-owned business and our aim is to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible as safely as possible. Delays occasionally can occur due to not having the correct packaging material on hand or missing our regularly scheduled packaging pickup or drop off.
