·        Winning bidder has to pay shipping and handling costs ALONG with final auction price.

Shipping within USA.

·        All packages within US (lower 48 states) will be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) with Parcel Post Rate (4-14 BUSINESS days delivery). The amount of S&H costs in this case you can see below.

·        Alaska & Hawaii - additional shipping costs!!! Please, contact us and we will let you know how much extra.

·        If the winning bidder would like us to use a particular shipping method such as: Priority Mail, Express mail or Express mail Guaranteed, or use shipping by UPS, winning bidder has to inform us prior to making the payment. In this case we will provide updated Shipping and Handling prices.

·         We apologize but we DO NOT use FedEx.

·        Although, we are promising to pack our items with GREAT CARE, all our efforts might be pointless comparing to the carelessness (not always, but very often) of the delivery service. And therefore we CAN NOT be responsible if the package gets lost or comes broken. 

·        That is why WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO INSURE your item. ONLY in this case you will get refund.

·        Insurance amount will depend on final auction price. You will see it in the invoice.

·        If you received broken item or if your package got lost, please keep in mind that it will take us about 3-5 weeks to get insurance amount from delivery service and send you a refund. That is why we asking you in advance to please be patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will work ONLY if your item was insured!!!!!!!!!!

·        WE SHIP ALL ITEMS DURING 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT.

·        We usually do NOT contact buyer after item shipped to tell that the item has been shipped. So please do NOT think that we forgot about you! It’s NOT going to happen!

·        We contact buyer after the auction ONLY IN ONE CASE – to send a tracking number. If the item was sent via UPS or USPS Express mail then the tracking number included automatically. If the item sent via Parcel Post rate then it will be additional 65 cents.
