7" across. Marked with a crown over a shield and wreath made in Germany. C. 1890's. Pretty  yellow and red flowers with very flowed cobalt decorations. Some use wear on front, on the back a couple scratches and some very faint age crazing. No chips, cracks, repairs. Good condition. Worth way more than starting bid!!
